The large 2.5-inch LCD makes it easy to frame shots, check small details and read the menu screen. A separate play button is provided for quick playback. Just take a shot and press the button, and everyone can enjoy the crisp, clear, easy-to-view images the large LCD provides.
Also, the LCD is protected by an acrylic panel that reduce scratching. The panel is easy to wipe clean of fingerprints and smudges too, so you always get a good, clear view.
The DiMAGE X1's LCD is about 50% brighter than our previous LCD. In ordinary conditions, use the standard brightness setting to minimize power consumption. But in strong sunlight, you can boost the brightness with a simple press of a button for easy viewing outdoors.
